1.Performance and characteristic
This machine is mainly composed of frame assembly, main transmission device, press
down device, roller conveyer and electric controlling system. The frame adopts
welding structure work piece and has been treated for removing stress with compact
structure and beautiful exterior. The main driving device realizes transmission
by motor through cycloid reducer drive main roller running. Press down device
consists of motor-cycloid reducer--feed screw nut lifting-compression roller lifting.
Roller conveyer is set on input and output terminals. Straightening compression
roller and main transmission roller form a lever-style groove, when flange
plates of the H-style steel goes through this groove under pressure of straightening
compression roller, the flange plates will be over curved and deformed,
and then recover to the required shape.
